Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the SailFin TV apps and service, operated by Computer Connections of WI Inc. ("SailFin", "we"). By using SailFin TV you agree to them. Your subscription, prices and billing are between you and your TV provider (such as WiConnect) under their customer terms.
Your account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Keep your sign-in details private; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Your plan sets how many devices can be registered and how many can watch at the same time.
Personal, non-commercial use
SailFin TV is for private viewing in your household and on your own devices. You may not rebroadcast, record for redistribution, show it publicly (for example in a business open to the public), share your account outside your household, or try to get around device, location or content protections.
Programming
Channels and programs are provided under agreements with their owners and may change. Some programming may be unavailable in some locations or on some devices. We’ll give notice of significant lineup changes where we reasonably can.
Advertising
SailFin TV includes local advertising. Pressing on an interactive ad shares your name and chosen contact details with that advertiser, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can turn this off at any time.
Service availability
We work to keep SailFin TV running reliably, but it depends on your internet connection, your devices and programming sources outside our control, and it may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Credits for outages are handled by your provider under their terms.
Ending access
You can stop using SailFin TV at any time; cancel your subscription with your provider. We may suspend or end access for misuse of the service, non-payment reported by your provider, or when the law requires it.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, SailFin TV is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; if the changes are significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
