Privacy Policy
In short: we collect what we need to run your TV service, show you the channels you pay for and keep it working. We never sell your personal information. Advertisers only get your contact details if you press on their ad to ask for them, and you can switch that off at any time.
Who we are
SailFin TV is operated by Computer Connections of WI Inc. ("SailFin", "we", "us"), 2670 East Main St, Suite F, Reedsburg, WI 53959. SailFin TV is delivered to you by your local TV provider, such as WiConnect. Your provider handles your account, billing and payment; their own privacy policy covers that information. This policy covers the SailFin TV apps (TV, phone and tablet) and the SailFin TV service.
What we collect

We don’t collect payment card details in the apps. Payments are handled by your provider on their own website.
Advertising and ad responses
SailFin TV includes local advertising in some breaks. Some ads let you press a button on your remote to ask the advertiser to text you, call you back or save an offer. When you press, we share your name and the contact details you chose (mobile number or email) with that advertiser so they can respond. This is part of the service and is on by default. You can turn it off at any time on your provider’s account page or by contacting us. Advertisers otherwise receive only totals, such as how many households saw their ad. We never give advertisers your viewing history.
Who we share information with
- Your TV provider, to manage your account, billing and support.
- Advertisers, only as described above when you press on their ad.
- Service providers who host or support the service for us (for example hosting, messaging and program guide data), who may use it only for that purpose.
- Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or others.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep account and device information while your service is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless the law requires longer. Detailed viewing activity is kept for up to 13 months and then reduced to totals that don’t identify you. Recordings are kept according to your plan’s recording settings.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, passwords are stored in hashed form, and access to our systems is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affects it, as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct or download the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete your account and personal information: see Delete your account.
- Turn ad responses off, and remove devices from your account.

Children
SailFin TV accounts are for adults. The service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. Parents can use their device’s parental controls to manage viewing.
Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before they take effect.
