Delete your SailFin TV account
You can ask us to delete your SailFin TV account and the personal information linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email support@ccwis.com with the subject “Delete my SailFin TV account” from the email address on your account, or call 608-524-1579. We’ll confirm it’s you, complete the deletion within 30 days, and let you know when it’s done.
What gets deleted
- Your SailFin TV sign-in, profile and contact details
- Your registered devices and their sign-ins
- Your viewing history, recordings, favorites and ad-response settings
What we may keep
- Viewing and advertising totals that no longer identify you
- Records the law requires us to keep, such as billing and tax records held by your TV provider, for the period the law requires
Deleting your SailFin TV account doesn’t cancel other services with your provider. To cancel your TV service itself, contact your provider (WiConnect customers: 608-524-1579).
